Satisfaction Guarantee
Subject to the guidelines below, the 100% satisfaction guarantee allows for a:
- 100% tuition refund after taking 1 lesson
- 75% tuition refund after taking 2 lessons
- 25% tuition refund after taking 3 lessons
100% of tuition will be refundable if all the following are true:
- The student has taken no more than one (1) lesson in the Myelin course
- Less than 72 hours after the first lesson, the student has written to help@myelincourses.com expressing that they are not satisfied and would like to request a refund.
- There have not been any late cancellations (less than 72hrs) or lessons in which the student either did not show up or showed up more than 15min late.
- If the event either of the first two lessons had been rescheduled/cancelled more than 72hrs before the lesson, it has not more than 14 days after the original scheduled date of the first lesson
75% of tuition will be refundable if all the following are true:
- The student has taken no more than two (2) lessons in the Myelin course
- No later than 24hr after the second lesson, the student has written to help@myelincourses.com expressing that they are not satisfied and would like to request a refund.
- There have not been any late cancellations (less than 72hrs) or lessons in which the student either did not show up or showed up more than 15min late.
- If any of the first two lessons had been rescheduled/cancelled more than 72hrs before the lesson, it has not more than 21 days after the original scheduled date of the first lesson
25% of tuition will be refundable if all the following are true:
- The student has taken no more than three (3) lessons in the Myelin course
- No later than 24 hours after the 3rd lesson, the student has written to help@myelincourses.com expressing that they are not satisfied and would like to request a refund.
- There have not been any late cancellations (less than 72hrs) or lessons in which the student either did not show up or showed up more than 15min late.
- If any of the first three lessons had been rescheduled/cancelled more than 72hrs before the lesson, it has not more than 21 days after the original scheduled date of the first lesson”
